Collection
If you wish to collect your items for our shop we welcome you to come in. Although you may be tempted to stay a little longer for coffee and cake!
Damages
If you receive an item that is damaged you must inform us within 3 days of delivery, we will require a photo of the damaged goods. Once the damage item is returned to us along with the posting receipt we will refund or replace the item/s at no extra cost.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days for a prompt exchange or a full refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, with the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or if you prefer, exchange the product at no extra cost. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have been tampered with or used. Please keep your proof of postage as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items, which are lost in the post.
Jewellery
Our normal returns policy is applicable for all Jewellery except earrings. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer to refund or exchange any earrings.
