Upload videos often. YouTube's algorithm favors channels that upload new content all the time. Schedule a time to upload new videos and hold yourself to that schedule. If you can, upload videos every day. Add a category and search tags to your video, as well as an end card and video cards. You may even want to add subtitles to your video.
